Pauline is a certified personal trainer & nutrition coach dedicated to transforming lives through health & fitness. Her journey began with CrossFit in 2010 and then spent several years specifically training Olympic lifting in 2017.
With experience in both group fitness classes and 1 on 1 training, she understands that every person is unique and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients, tailoring workouts and nutrition plans to meet their goals & lifestyles.
Pauline has been a military spouse for over 10 years and has lived all around the country & world. She is also a proud mother of 2 beautiful children.
Outside the gym, you can find Pauline rolling around on the mats practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, eating good food, and traveling.
